On August 6, 2020, the Indigenous Sport, Physical Activity & Recreation Council (I-SPARC) approved return to activity guidelines. I-SPARC has compiled these guidelines based on recommendations published by provincial and municipal Health Authorities as well as provincial sport and recreation organizations.

MNBC’s Ministry of Health has launched a survey to capture a picture of the health, wellness, and risk factors that have contributed to Métis health in British Columbia over the last month. With the information gathered through this survey, we will have a better idea of the measures needed to address the gaps and barriers for better Métis health in British Columbia. Completing this survey is optional, and your responses will remain anonymous in any materials created from the survey results.

ISPARC Announces the FitNation Home Workout Series!
Four FitNation Leaders from across the province bringing you workouts every Friday!
I·SPARC is excited to announce our FitNation At Home Workout Series - Lockdown Edition! Each week we'll be adding new workouts from our FitNation leaders across the province. Their leaders will be bringing you movements for chair modifications, introductory, intermediate, and advanced exercises, there's something for everyone! These workouts are for all fitness levels, specially designed by our leaders to get your bodies moving. All you'll need is a little bit of space, a sip of water, and yourself!
Each Friday they will send out an email with your new workout for the week. All our workouts will be available on their YouTube channel for you to access your FitNation workout anytime that works for you. After all FitNation is for anyone, anytime, anywhere! See you online!
